Our minds manage our life, our relationships, our dreams and our expectations of ourselves and others. In this work we enter into the territory of the mind in order to discover how it works. Asking yourself what is true, really true and using diverse techniques of inquiry you begin to awaken to the truth of your knowing and your begin to appreciate all that is transpiring in your life. Once you understand how your mind operates, you can enter into the territory of your heart and begin to use your heart as the real compass for the direction of your life.
I work using ritual and ceremony as a tool for parting the perceived veil of separation we often experience in life. I also invite a deepening relationship with Spirit , God or the Tao (whatever name you call it), and the Ancestors to guide you, dream you, direct you and teach you as you walk your life journey.
AND, I work with the body – embodied wisdom – helping you discover how you store your knowing within your body and how that wisdom communicates or holds your life experiences.
EVERYTHING is Spirit and there is a convergence of beings and experiences that are in and of themselves, Spirits speaking to you – waking you up. Your life is full of the mystery and the magic of consciousness, awareness, experiment and experience. I offer you the opportunity to reflect on what is real, what is being asked of you at this time? How is your life experience pushing you, inviting you into a deeper relationship with life? This is the essence of the work I offer. From the source of wisdom that is carried within the vessel you call by your name, you might ask yourself, how do I fulfill my destiny, my life purpose and how do I participate in the larger story that is life herself?

Services Offered:
Divorce Coaching, either in office or over the telephone, approximately 1 hour in length once a week. As you go through your divorce I work with you to ease the challenges you face in ending your marriage or partnership as well as separating emotionally and spiritually. We will explore how to create a win/win for all as well as discover the great gifts that are available to you during this time in your life.
Personal Life Coaching, either in office or over the telephone, is approximately 1 hour in length once a week. Personal life coaching can help you with any type of personal goal you'd like to pursue. You set the agenda, and you set the goal. I will help you pursue meaningful goals that can provide you with the satisfaction, fulfillment, and results you want out of life.

Coaching requires a three month commitment and a clear idea of what area of your life you would like to focus on. Coaching with me can help you achieve any goal you set for yourself.
Spiritual Healing and Counseling, either office or telephone, are approximately 1 hour in length. Couples work is 1.5 hours in length. There are times when sessions exceed 1 or 1.5 hours and the session is then pro-rated according to the length of the session. Please let me know if you need to keep sessions limited due to time or funds.
Consecutive sessions are recommended on a weekly, bi- weekly, monthly, or on an as-needed basis, depending on the your intentions and goals.
Phone consultations are available and follow the same procedure as above. Distance counseling has become an increasingly popular option offering great freedom and opportunity for those living outside the Bay Area, while still achieving your desired outcomes and intentions.
Spiritual Divorce, a ceremony to undo the karmic cords that keep you tied to your partner or lover that prevents you from moving into what is next. In the ancient Jewish tradition when a couple got married or made a commitment to each other, an angel was created that oversaw the relationship. This ceremony releases this angel from your relationship by re-enacting the ancient rite of divorce.
Vision Quest & Rite of Passage is a process of change and going to the Mountain Top for guidance. This process of change can be a life threatening or life altering illness, or war or even love. Essentially, it is a process that undoes who you think you are and exposes your vulnerability; your under belly, to the forces of nature and life.
Through the process of Rite of Passage, the layers of conditioning, cultural values, judgments, and core beliefs are peeled away to the center of your being and you discover the truth of who you are. This process of uncovering your layers of conditioning is difficult, even painful, but once on the other side of the river, so to speak, or to the top of the mountain, the truth of your life, your capacity for compassion, your brilliance, genius and power becomes evident to yourself, your community and your loved ones. This experience is 4 days in the wilderness plus a closing ceremony. It includes a traditional Vision Quest Blanket chosen specifically for you.
